Objective:   How to turn ideas into viable business development projects

Programs and contents :

The goal of this course is to make you grasp (vérifier si ça s'utilise bien comme ça, sinon understand^^)  the actor,  the issues and the challenges of business environment. You need a good understanding of it to successfully develop your project(s).

You will acquire a broad view of a project: creativity, funding, added value, pitch. The entrepreneur must understand the societal and economic environment in which he operates.

0 – Introduction, Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship

Presentation of the issues and the context. Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship share many aspects.

1 - Creativity and genesis of the project

Understanding and applying different techniques of creativity. How to turn an idea into a value-added project?

2 - Business model and business plan

Understanding the business models and choose the right one. Is a business plan really necessary and why?

3 - Funding

Knowing the different funding sources. Discover how to find the right one, tailored to your needs.

4 - Pitch, delivering an effective presentation

The look of your project  is as important as its content. Adopt the right language and convince in 5 min.
