Objective: Fundamentals of numerical analysis and MATLAB programming

 

Program and Contents:

Errors in numerical analysis

Non linear equations resolution

Polynomial interpolation

Numerical integration and derivation, finite difference methods

Ordinary differential equations : theory and  quadrature methods

Linear systems resolutions

Numerical optimization

Numerical simulations as a prediction tool, with its qualities as well as its limits

Resolving the practical issues related to engineering development with algorithmic methods

All the methods and numerical models in regards of complex and realistic problem solving

The relevance of the obtained results from a numerical simulation and comparing it to the experiment
