Program and contents

In addition to the classes on the manager's foresight and values, his training role, on measuring leadership skills and how to expand them, on the conduct of change, on public speaking, on stress management, on the different styles of management are included Improvisation Theatre classes because improvising is a relevant tools that posses multiple benefits. They can help the individual in his personal development. Work on self-knowledge, listening skills, empathy skills, creativity channeling, the theatrical aspect of the discipline are all factors of personal development.

The goal of forming a CreActive manager comes first of all through forming a human being who knows himself better, communicates better, for he is more than a role player in a hierarchy. He must be capable of reading, of understanding and accepting his team's logic while at the same time accepting his own. It is a role that above its executive aspect remains human. The improvisation classes are based on the manager's key verbs, such as :
delegate, anticipate, motivate, valorise, implement a strategy and so on
