Survey techniques

This course aims to introduce the methodology of questionnaire design and survey analysis. It also aims to provide the tools to understand why errors can appear when making statistics, but especially how to minimize them. Finally, the final objective is to be able to carry out your own survey or your own controlled experiment.

This course aims to give the student the tools to process and analyze a question using a survey.

For this, we will first deal with the aspects to consider when preparing a questionnaire. We will then look at the design of the questionnaire: types of questions, presentation, order of questions, sampling, etc.). Once the questionnaire has been designed, the students will use the static and econometric tools to analyze their data.
