Overall objective

The course aims to expand the skills and knowledge introduced by the operations research course. The focus will be on linear programming,  duality theory, and advanced modeling techniques. At the end of the module, students will be able to understand the structure of the solution of a linear programming problem, develop simple column generation strategies, and recognize the optimization graph structure of some optimization problems.
