Overall objective

At the end of the module, students will be able to distinguish between Innovation, Innovation Management and Innovation Management Systems. They will be able to qualify an innovation.

They will master the normative references for innovation management systems as well as the evaluation of an innovation management system.

Assessing an Innovation Management System: a maturity approach
The sessions will alternate between the trainer's contributions, based on multiple examples, and group work.

A large part of the course will also be based on the use of the Serious Game "The Year of Innovation" - a board game specially designed to train students and professionals in the notion of Innovation Management Systems.

The evaluation of the module will consist in the realization of the diagnosis of the Innovation Management System of a company (real or based on a case study).  Depending on the number of students, the deliverable will be either a report (if large) or an oral presentation (if small). In addition, there will be an MCQ to verify knowledge.
