ORGANIZATION OF THE TRAINING: The training is essentially practical, the explanations of the program are given during and at the time of the learning of the gestures.

ASSESSMENT OF THE SST: The assessment criteria used for this validation are those defined by the INRS, in the training reference system for first aiders at work. They are transcribed in a national document called "Fiche individuelle de suivi et d'évaluation du SST" and used during each training session. At the end of this evaluation, an Occupational First Aid Certificate will be issued to the candidate who has participated in the entire training and received a favorable evaluation. If the candidate is unable to perform all the skills expected of an SST for reasons of physical ability, he/she will be issued a certificate of completion of the training.
